The 1st issue of the second volume of the Liberation, the official publication of the National Democratic Front of the Philippines.
This issue described the happenings related to Martial Law in January 1973. The front page covered the Marcos regime attempting to deceive the masses through "citizens' assemblies" for the ratification of his new constitution which permits an indefinite extension of Martial Law.
